Terms and Conditions - 14/05/2010
Class dates can be changed 3 days prior without rebooking fee.
Class dates changed within 2 days will incur a *$25 rebooking fee per student.
Cancellations within 2 days of the class will not be refunded for any reason.
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days and a $20 admin fee applies.
Students that fail to show on booked date of training can reschedule for *$40 rebooking fee.
Students can choose to upgrade their course or increase number of students to cancel rebooking fees.
If you arrive 15+ minutes late after your scheduled class started a *$40 rebooking fee applies.
If you're experiencing difficulties we are flexible, so please call us immediately.
Practice Terms and Conditions - 14/06/2010
Practice must be booked in advance by email or telephone. (On the day is first come first served)
Students must bring graduation certificate or invoice to identify themselves.
Practice sessions are available every Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursday/Fridays from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
Practice classes or additional sessions can be purchased at $25 per hour which includes coffee and milk.
The Sydney Coffee School reserves the right to cancel or change available dates.
