Responsible Service of Alcohol training is conducted

by one of our business partners at another location.

(Available Tuesday to Saturday from 9.15am to 4.00pm - including breaks)

 

RSA is not requirement in becoming a barista but it will help improve your chances for employment.

Since December 2003 it has been a statutory requirement for all people who, sell, serve or supply alcohol in NSW to successfully complete the RSA. 

This is a MANDATORY TRAINING PROGRAM for all liquor service staff.

In summary if you choose to work in the service industry (Cafes, Bars or Restaurants) your future employer will ask to see your RSA and request a copy for their records, should they be inspected by the authorities.

RSA class duration: 7 Hours
 

This 1 day course is designed to keep you updated with your responsibilities with regard to the service of alcohol. On completion of the course you will receive the following Statement of Attainment approved by the Liquor Administration Board: SITHFAB009A Provide the responsible services of alcohol. The unit of competency is from the Tourism and Hospitality Training Package SIT07 and it reflects the role of a bar useful, bar attendant and food and beverage attendant and is conducted by OLGR approved trainers.

YOU WILL NOT GET WORK IN A LICENSED OR CLUB PREMISES IN NSW WITHOUT COMPLETING AN OLGR APPROVED RSA COURSE.

CERTIFICATES ISSUED SAME DAY on successful completion!
