Thank you so much for a great course which I so thoroughly enjoyed today. I just wanted to
send a quick message to say how good I found it. Our trainer was absolutely lovely and I now
feel much more comfortable in my job.

I liked the fact the teacher was currently employed in the industry and had a lot industry experience. Premises were clean and very well equipped. Our trainer was very keen to answer any questions and created a very pleasant and positive atmosphere.
Nadia Hansom, Sydney (2009)
Our trainer was fabulous! Her energy and enthusiasm kept the team engaged
for the whole session. It was a good afternoon to end our team building day!

"BMW Sydney is excited to have The Sydney Coffee School come on board as a 2009 Connoisseur Program Partner.
The management of TSCS have provided our business with a flexible body of resources, some unique training
opportunities, and most importantly, taught our staff how to make a fantastic coffee for our customers!"
Antoinette Yerbury, General Manager Marketing Operations

For once, I felt confident to make coffee without somebody looking over my shoulder, and so it worked. Emily our trainer was friendly, funny, very clear but not patronising, also down to earth. I feel lucky that I did proper research to choose the right coffee school!
Erin Crawford, Sydney (2009)
Both classes were very enjoyable. The trainer was very professional and knowledgeable
in every area of hospitality, not only Barista based. I feel more confident in my coffee
making now.

As the Career Adviser of Mosman High School I was looking for an interesting, instructive short course for my Yr 10 students which would give them basic employability skills for part time work. In November, 90 students attended the Sydney Coffee School in Sydney over a 3 day period.
Emily the instructor was brilliant. Her breadth of knowledge and skill as a Barista was demonstrated in the methodical and clear instructions she conveyed to the students. Learning about the history of coffee and care and use of the machines to actually making a variety of coffees (short/long back, cappuccino, latte, etc) meant the students were actively engaged from the beginning to the end of the session. Of course students were allowed to consume their creations and did so with passion.
The Sydney Coffee School provided the perfect learning environment for such an activity. Safety was paramount and each student had their own equipment. At completion of the session every student received a ‘Certificate of Attendance’ with skills taught outlined on the certificate. This valuable set of new skills allows students to add them to their resume when applying for a job.
I would highly recommend The Sydney Coffee School to any other school or corporate group as the professionalism and delivery was outstanding.
2008 & 2009 - Catherine Farland, Career Adviser, Mosman High School

Our trainer emily showed us how to make all the coffees from a menu and I learnt heaps.
I now feel confident that I could open a successful business in the industry.
Peter Hardy, (Dulwich Hill, Sydney)
I found this class extremely helpful easy to understand and the trainer presented all information in a concise and to the point manner. It certainly has given me a confidence with coffee I didn't have before.
Miguel Gonzales, Sydney
Surely, it was a great decision to pick The Sydney Coffee School
I've already started to look for a Barista job which I'd never thought I could before. Classes we're really fun and interesting and my trainer Emily was not only a great teacher but also a faith-full guidance counsellor. Thank you so much!!!

I just wanted to thank you once again for organising such a fantastic afternoon for our OHS Workgroup. We all feel like coffee experts now and I' sure everyone has been watching the local shops intently as our morning wake up beverage is made this morning.
