My day at 'The Sydney Coffee School' was a highlight of my time in Australia. The facilities were first-class and the instructor friendly, charming and knowledgeable. When you know what all those buttons do you'll never look at an espresso machine in the same way again. I left confident enough to ask for a job in a coffee shop and armed with enough skills to impress friends forever.
